Stationary traffic refers to vehicles that do not participate in moving traffic. This includes both stopping and parking: <\/p>\n

  • Stop: <\/strong>An intentional interruption of the journey for a maximum of three minutes or as long as the traffic situation requires (e.g. at red lights).<\/li>\n
